Halibut Stuff offers a thirty day exchange / return policy. If you discover a defect in your Halibut Stuff, or are (for some reason which we just can't imagine) dissatisfied with your new Halibut Stuff, simply contact our service department with the details of what you would like to return and why. Halibut Stuff will only accept replacement / refundable Halibut Stuff sent to us in the original condition. Shirts used as an oil rag for your 1980 Datsun 210 that hasn't been properly maintained since the Regan administration will not be considered as a legitimate return, nor will stickers that have already been on your rear bumper for two weeks (regardless of whether the bumper is still attached to the sticker or not).
If you feel that we have underbilled you, please contact our service department and request that we charge you more. If actually think that we overcharged you, before you consider getting your head examined, contact our service department just in case. It is actually possible (I suppose) that we made a mistake. At least I've been told that there is a 'first time for everything'.
